At GEN-Y we design and produce cloth diapers and accessories that consistently preform to the highest standards in the industry and look fabulous the whole time. Our products are available for sale directly from us, or from our wonderful retailers around the world. Our mission is to bring long lasting, high preforming, made in the USA cloth diaper products to families whose sense of style is as demanding as their need for quality. At our outlet store we also offer "almost perfect" GEN-Y items at a fantastic discount, and a selection of fine cloth diapering products from other companies that will enhance your experience with GEN-Y items. All of the product lines offered in our store have been tested and loved by us.

Our products are designed to wear hard and last. We guarantee GEN-Y products against defects for six months from the date of sale to the original customer. Proper care and washing and original receipt must be displayed for returns and exchanges.

We hope you love your order. If not, just return your unused, unwashed items with their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of receipt and I will refund your money promptly and cheerfully. Return shipping is not reimbursed except in the case of item defect.
